TV SERIES - WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE AIRING DATES

Here is what we know about the filming and air dates of the most popular TV series of recent years. 



PEACOCK 

Bel- Air - We know that the first 3 episodes will be released on August 15, 2024. Then will air weekly 

PRIME VIDEO 

Citadel 2 - The series is rumored to return to the streaming platform most likely in 2025. However, some have also guessed at the end of 2024. 

The summer i turned pretty 3 -  Filming is underway and Amzon, with a video,announced that the episodes will increase to a total of 11, and will air in the summer of 2025. 

Maxton Hall 2 - Filming started in the second week of June 2024, so it is likely to say that we'll see the series in spring/summer 2025 

NETFLIX 

Emily in Paris 4 - In the spring, filming was taking place in Rome. But Netflix has already said that the series will be released in 2024 and will be split into two parts: 
- Part one: August 15, 2024 
- Part two: September 12, 2024 

Elite 8 - Filming started in August 2023. Netflix sets release date for the new and final season for July26, 2024 

The Umbrella Academy 4 - The last season wi'll airing on August 8, 2024 

Night Agent 2 - Netflix announced that filming wrapped on June 17, four months after filming began.With the first season, the show became one of the biggest new series launches in Netflix history. 
With a bit of caution, let's say that the series will arrive at the end of 2024 or in the first months of 2025

Kobra Kai 6 - The season will be split in three parts: 
- Part one: July 18, 2024 
-Part two: November 28, 2024 
- Part three:  2025 (still no date) 

Heart stopper 3 -  The airing date is set on October 3, 2024 

Outer Banks 4 - Shooting has come to an end, but we still don't have a real date. Wwe know that the series will be on Netflix in autumn 2024 

Squid Game 2 - Right now we only know that the season is ready and that we'll find it on Netflix in December 2024. 

All of us are dead 2 - filming is still in progress, but the season is expected to air in late 2024, early 2025 at the latest 

Alice in borderland 3 - Filming secretly began in September 2023 and is still in progress. Despite this, the airing is expected to be for the last months of 2024 or early 2025 

The witcher 4 - Filming started on 19 April 2024 in London. This set sees Liam Hemsworth take over from Hanry Cavill as the main character. The series is due to premiere in 2025. 
Meanwhile, it has also been renewed for a season 5, which will also be the last one. The seanson 5 is  expected to premiere in 2026. 

XO Kitty 2 - Filming started on 29 April. The cast sees the addition of Sasha Basin as a lead role. The new season is due to be on netflix in 2025, maybe in spring or early summer. 

You 5 - The shooting are still on going, so exactly there is no date yet. However, it is speculated to be late 2024, perhaps December, as for the second season or (most likely) the beginning of the new year. This will be the last season. 

Ginny and Georgia 3 - We start by saying that season 3 and season 4 will be filmed together, so it is likely that the shooting, which began in April 2024, will go on for a long time. However, we do know that season 3 is expected in 2025, possibly in spring/summer. 

Strangers things 5 - Production started in Jenuary and is expected in spring 2025. 

Wednesday 2 - Filming officially began on Monday, April 29, 2024, in Dublin, Ireland. The first season, however, was filmed in Romania. 
Production is currently scheduled to end on December 20, 2024.  Post-production is expected to end in October 2025. Therefore, we can say that the second season will not be released before 2026.

Bridgerton 4 - Season 4 started filming June 10th, in London. Jess Brownell the showranner of the series confirmed, however, that there will be a 2-year wait before we get the new season. 

One Piece 2 - The filming of One piece also began in June 2024 and will go on for about 7 to 8 months. This, plus post-production work, which will begin in parallel with filming, will mean that the second season will not come out until summer 2025 at the earliest
